Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of POSv6, including its point-of-sale, invoicing, inventory, and business-management features. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to act for the business associated with your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the legality and accuracy of data you enter. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, violate applicable law, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Subscriptions, payments, and taxes

Paid features, prices, billing periods, and any usage limits are shown at checkout or on the applicable plan page. Payments may be collected by an authorized payment provider or merchant of record. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes that are not collected at checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel future renewal through the available account or support channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Your data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and transmit that data to provide and secure the service. The service, software, branding, and related materials remain owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold, reverse engineered, or distributed except as permitted by law or written agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." It is a business-management tool and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and changes to these terms

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. We may update these terms and will post the revised terms here with a new effective date.
